Conference registration rates are:

The conference registration fee includes:

• All technical sessions
• Workshops on Saturday
• Welcome reception on Saturday evening
• Light dinner with 60th FOCS celebration on Sunday evening
• Business meeting on Sunday evening
• Coffee breaks (Saturday-Tuesday)
• Web access to proceedings

Payment Options

• Credit card (secure payment system).
• Wire transfer – All bank charges have to be paid by the payer.

Wire transfer remarks:

A registration is considered complete and valid only when the full payment has been received.

All payments made via wire transfer must be received within 10 days of registration, or by October 8, 2019 (for the early rate).

You will receive the bank account details by email after your online registration.

Please do not forget to give the name of the registrant you are paying for on the bank transfer order. All bank transfer charges have to be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be sent by email to mdinitz@cs.jhu.edu.

Cancellations received by October 8, 2019 will be eligible for registration fees refund, minus $50 as administrative fees.

Cancellations received after October 8, 2019 and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations due to visa refusal (or lack of visa decision by US authorities) will be eligible for a refund (minus $50) if received by November 9, 2019 (email to mdinitz@cs.jhu.edu).
